Right now, we are looking for an Engineering Manager with Node.js to join our team!

You will get the chance to

• Performs tasks in all phases of the development cycle with little or no technical supervision.
• Appropriately assess problematic situations to gain adequate understanding of problems involved and assume the responsibility of delivering complex tasks on time and in scope within the team’s plan.  
• Takes a leadership role when working with peers and coaches junior and semi-senior developers/analysts. 
• Attends conference calls and exchanges emails with clients. 
• Performs coding tasks.
• Designs and codes complete small software modules.
• Performs code reviews.

• Background as a Software Engineer (5+ years) in a web environment.
• Hands-on experience with Node.Js and ES6+.
• Deep knowledge of OOP and/or Functional Programming.
• Profiling and performance tuning for large scale apps.
• Experience with OracleDB, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, dBase.
• Write effective unit and integration tests (Jest).
• Knowledge of GitHub.
• Knowledge of TypeScript is a plus.
• Other programming languages (C / C++, Ruby on Rails) are also a plus.
• Nice to know Cloud / Serverless solutions (AWS / Azure).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
